When you stepped into Christopher Elbow's place, you felt like you were in San Francisco.

Overall, I think that Haley and Ryan would like this place the best. We liked Christopher Elbow the best, but this place had more of a variety and Elbow was only artisan chocolate which is what we love!

The cinnamon truffle was the best!!!

How did you get so involved with the love of chocolate?

Your little niece absolutely LOVED spending the day with you both. I'm sure the chocolate helped, but she also loved her walk to "Canada". :)

To answer your question, Rebecca, Brock began to have a huge craving for chocolate about seven years ago. We used it as a reward after we had worked really hard. Then, we met Bethany. She's the chocolatier at the Cocoa Tree. She taught us to really appreciate fine chocolate and really artisan chocolate. It's become an even bigger hobby now. Plus, we still sell chocolate tasting kits.
