Hotel Dona Elvira
I'm going to go in reverse from our trip. I will show you our experience via pictures, of course! Santo Domingo is the oldest city in the Americas. The buildings are made of old stone. Even our hotel was 500 years old. We stayed at this cool bed and breakfast in the heart of the city and it was owned by the Belgium Consulate. Therefore the Belgium Embassy was in our hotel.
