Those are beads hanging from the power lines. New Orleans has definitely calmed down since Katrina, but I would not take the family there for vacation. I still think Bourban Street makes the Las Vegas strip feel like Sesame street.

New Orleans Architecture
Many things makes New Orleans unique. The architecture is one of them.
Those are beads hanging from the power lines. New Orleans has definitely calmed down since Katrina, but I would not take the family there for vacation. I still think Bourban Street makes the Las Vegas strip feel like Sesame street.
