Flying to Michigan

My back is feeling much better. I'm just being really careful not to lift anything too heavy. This is difficult today since we are flying to Michigan with 5 suitcases...4 of them weighing 50 pounds. Pray for the show in Michigan tonight.

I hurt my back once and Yoga really seemed to help it. Pilates is also good because it strengthens your core which helps your back.

I'll be praying for you guys ;)
