Exercise

Since we got back from our vacation in January, I've exercised every week! I haven't exercised that regularly since college.

I do some sort of aerobics (usually running) for 30 minutes and then I do some weight training on my upper body and abs. I try to do it three times a week, but sometimes I can only get in two times during the week. When we are on the road, I figure that twice is good enough, because I'm getting a lot more exercise just with our work.

I feel great when I do it, and I sleep better on the nights that I've exercised. However, I don't think that I've lost any weight. That's probably due to all of the chocolate tastings!
