Hide and Seek

We had one happy fun night with our friends before we left. First, we went to eat at Cozymels. Then, we got some gelato (that's Italian ice cream and I like it better than American ice cream). It was a great night for ice cream.

After that, we went to the park. It was dark by then, so we played hide and seek in the playground. It was so fun! There were so many places to hide. It got really fun when we played sardines. Brock and Emily had the best hiding places. Brock hid in plain sight. He was laying flat on the ground over in a corner. It took us forever to find him! Emily hid up in one of the roofs of the playground equipment. She looked like she was in a spy movie up in the rafters like that. It was awesome!

We were swinging after we were so tired from the hide and seek. I felt like a little kid. One of our friends said that she felt like a little kid whose best friends were going away for the summer. Some of them are going to come visit us, though. Stephanie is going to be with us for the 3 weeks in Florida. I think that the rest of the gang (Lindsey, Emily, and Jacob) might come to Florida for the last week. It will be fun!
