Happy Easter! We are going to the early service this morning at church. Then, we are having a bunch of friends over for lunch today. Brock is cooking a turkey in his cajun microwave as I write this. Everybody else is bringing a bunch of sides and desserts and stuff. It's going to be like a potluck Easter lunch. What are your plans for Easter?

A cajun microwave is a wooden box with a steel cover on top. You place the meat in the box and build your fire on top of the steel. It makes it cook very slowly.
